Mimosa

Scripture Testimony Index stories in this book

Mimosa's four boys all fell ill when measles struck India. Mimosa chose to trust God alone, turning down all entreaties to abandon her faith and return to idol worship in a bid to save her children. Her faith was not in vain, as God stepped in to heal her children.
Mimosa became critically ill and her neighbors thought she would die. However, her cousin anointed her with oil and she recovered in full.
Mimosa's lack of education did not limit her from developing a solid grasp of the things of God. Her understanding of faith led her to complete dependence on God so much that when she faced illness, she trusted that healing would come from the Lord. Indeed, it came.
