5I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, a certain vessel descending, as it were a great sheet let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even unto me:

A city was in pandemonium as bandits made their way toward it. A group of women were gathered there for a Bible course and were faced with the difficult choice of fleeing or staying. They decided to go apart, and each pray privately for a word from God. Each woman was given the same scripture for comfort. Resting in God, these women stayed put and watched Him deliver the city just like He promised in the Scripture text they had all received.
It was while praying on November 25, 1942 that Mark Ma heard an instruction from the Lord that will forever change his life. For God, was leading him and some others to preach the gospel in Xinjiang.
Seventeen-year-old Ho En Cheng was attending an evangelistic meeting when she received a clear vision from the Lord as the congregation rose to pray. In that vision, she received the call from God to go preach in Xinjiang and she obeyed!
Mr. Goforth was uncharacteristically filled with anxiety and worry about God’s seeming inability to move during a meeting. He continued to worry until he was rebuked by the Lord. As soon as he accepted this rebuke, the Spirit began to move, leading men to confess their sins.
After Bibi gave his life to Christ, he was invited by his dying father for final parting words. However, instead of dying, the father was healed and discharged after Bibi prayed for him.
Rabi Maharaj's conversion to Christianity from Hinduism came with a lot of trouble for him. He was shamed, disgraced and became the butt of jokes and ridicule in class. For ten years after that prayer, Jack still received messages from this student thankfully informing him that "the weight that had lifted hadn’t returned".
Louis Talbot was confronted by the Lord with the very subject matter he was trying to avoid in prayer. But as the Lord spoke to reassure him, Louis took the bold step and true to the promise of God, he found rest, only as he obeyed God.
Having given away their possessions, the Stokes, united in prayer, sought the face of the Lord as to where next they were to go and they were led to go to Manchester. And "not knowing wither", with two suitcases and all of God's promises, they set out to obey their Lord!
Through prayerful inquiry, Messrs. Müller and Craik were able to judge that it was not God's will for them to accept an invitation for mission work in Baghdad, even with their travel costs already covered. This decision to obey God was not regretted by either of them, as it soon became clear that God was leading them into a very different life work.

Confused as to whether to travel to England and become an artist to China as a missionary, Rosalind went to God in prayer. As she prayed, she was led to a passage of scripture which set her confusion to rest. God made her path to the missions field clear.
An evangelist obeys the leading of the Spirit to embark on a journey of 2000 miles even when he had not a dime to pay his way. He got his suitcase ready and just before reaching the train, a stranger handed him enough money for his trip.
Bilquis listened to the voice of the Lord to undergo baptism by water even though she knew she would loose so much.

In a vision, Ned is brought before the judgement seat of God where he's found guilty of sin. So vivid was this vision that Ned surrendered to the Lord afterwards!

Bonnke had a vision that not only was his call to Missions in Africa re-emphasized, but also, the omniscience of God was undoubtedly evident!

In a vision, Surprise Sithole who was waiting to hear from the Lord, received instructions from the Lord to use what he had (the Word of God). The results of doing as he was told was nothing short of electrifying.
