20And they straightway left the nets, and followed him. 21And going on from thence he saw two other brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. 22And they straightway left the boat and their father, and followed him.

The Goforth's eighteen month old was very sick, and all attempts to save the toddler from dysentery seemed futile. Death, it seemed, was imminent. But as both parents knelt down to commit the little boy's soul to his Maker, the totally unexpected happened.
