The Holy Spirit Came With Power On The Disciples
During a Christmas day meeting in Yarinacocha, as the preacher talked about the revival in the book of Acts happening again, the Holy Spirit honoured that meeting; falling powerfully upon the people and causing them to speak in unknown tongues.
The next evening, Christmas afternoon, we had another service. Word had spread through the village, and almost eight hundred people came to the meeting. The little church building would not hold us all, so many of the people had to stand around outside. Again the old man preached a very long time, telling the people that a mighty revival would come through the jungle just as it did among Christians in the Book of Acts. As he spoke, many of the people began to weep, feeling sorry they had hated God’s Word. The young people, especially, fell to their knees and asked God to forgive them.

“Then suddenly a great star came down out of heaven and broke into many pieces and sat on the heads of many believers. Those who had the fire on their heads began to speak in unknown tongues, praising God with new words. At that moment, the building lifted up and began to shake. Everyone began to dance. Our weeping had changed to dancing and praise.
